The Kcosit KIP104 is a 10.4-inch IP66 waterproof industrial Washdown panel PC purpose-built for washdown and hygiene-critical environments. Unlike conventional panel PCs that only protect the front bezel, this model offers full IP66 protection for the entire housing, so the complete unit can withstand water jets and aggressive cleaning routines on food and pharmaceutical production lines.

The front adopts a robust aluminum alloy bezel, while the rear housing is made from stainless steel with anti-corrosion coating, delivering excellent resistance against moisture, cleaning chemicals, and industrial oils. A 10.4" 4:3 industrial TFT LCD (1024×768, 300 nits) paired with projected capacitive touch and 2 mm tempered glass provides a durable and responsive HMI for operators wearing gloves.

To guarantee sealing integrity, all external interfaces – power, Ethernet, USB, serial, and I/O – are led out via waterproof aviation connectors. These industrial-grade circular connectors prevent water ingress and make it easy to build reliable cable harnesses for machines and production lines.
